Bound to Break

It is dark...... very dark. The bed is hard, making your back stiff. Wait no, that's the concrete floor. What happened last night? ..... it seems you are chained up to the ground. It's too dark to see anything, but you see a light switch on the wall. [[Hit the light switch]] [[Wait]] [[Try to break the chains]] [after 20 second] You still wondering how you got here? [continued]

You reach toward the light switch, barely reaching the switch. [after 4 second] You have a bad feeling about this. [continued] [[Switch on]]

You decide to wait, scared and suspicious of what the light switch could do. A second later, you here a women shrieking right above you. **DRIP** **DRIP** [[What could be dripping?]]

You can't tell what's dripping because of the pitch dark room. You notice a lantern looking object just out of your reach. You realize you can reach it with your hat. [[Reach for the lantern]] [[Try to break the chains]] [[Hit the light switch]]

**Clank** **Clank** The chains are too strong to break. [[Hit the light switch]] [[Wait more]]

You just barely grab the lantern with the pouch of your hat and turn it on quick. [[NEXT]]

The room get filled with the light of the lantern. The room is empty except for you, your chains, and the lantern. You look above. The dripping is.... blood. Someone must've just died right above you. The door flings open. A figure is standing at the door...... It's a doctor of some kind. White lab coat. He has surgeon tools in his hand, bloody. "Your surgery is due...... tonight!" The doctor said. He leaves you a plate of mashed potatoes, a few pieces of chicken and a fork. He then slams the door. You decide to sit and wait. Time passes. An hour. You decide it's time to do something. [[Hit the light switch]] [[What could be dripping?]]

You can tell the food is old, but you decide to eat it anyway. Under the scoop of mash potatoes, you find a note. It reads: **Hi there! It's nice to meet you! Don't worry too much. You will be alive and well on your way soon! Gotta pick up a few things before your surgery. You grab the fork and think. Could I pick the lock with this? I would need to bend it enough to be able to pick the lock. [[Bend fork]] [[Go back to Lantern]]

**BANG** You look down at yourself, a gunshot right through the heart. You fall to the floor, unknowledgable and confused. [after 5 second] YOU DIED [continued]

With every ounce of your strength, you shift, your hands clasping around the metal lantern, feeling its heat even through the cold of the chains. It was warm, but you had no time to worry about burns. You press the lantern against the edge of the chains around your wrists, angling it just right. Slowly, cautiously, the brass began to heat, the thin metal of the chain reacting. It felt like hours, though it was likely only a few minutes before you hear the gratifying [after 10 second] **SNAP** [continued] The chain had given way. You are free from the chains. The fire catches onto the ground. Has there been lighter fluid on the ground this whole time? [after 60 second] The room is filling up, you gotta hurry! You grab the fork, but it's steaming hot from the fire! You hesitate to throw it down, burning an indent into your hand. You freak out and throw the fork down. You sit in pain, just trying not to pass out. The fumes from the fire start to hot box the room. [[Get back up]] [[Breathe]]

You look around, but there's nothing in the room. There's a phone in the back corner where you couldn't see. The fire spreads toward you. [[RUN]] [[Use phone]]

You try to bend the fork, but there's no budge. If only there was a way to apply heat? [[Melt the fork with lantern]] [[Melt the chains]]

You apply the heat to the lantern and try to bend the fork back. It burns your hands but the adrenaline makes the pain nothing. After a bit, the fork is bent enough to try to pick the lock, but the lantern breaks from the pressure. [[Pick the lock]] [[Wait for Dr.]]

You stick the fork in the lock and jiggle it. It doesn't budge. [[Attempt again]] [[Melt the chains]]

You stand up to quickly and pass out, leaving behind a fire. [[YOU DIED]]

Dr. Henry Cavanaugh comes back to his house. It's burnt to dust. He knows exactly who started the fire. In his rage, he seeks revenge. "Time to kill everyone he loves..."" the Dr. says.

Inhaleeee. Exhaleeee. Inhaleee. Exhaleee. The fumes fill your lungs. You find yourself sitting in a room, black smoke everywhere. It's over. [after 5 second] [[YOU DIED]] [continued]

You run as fast as you can.... AND trip on yourself, falling to the flames. Your clothes set fire. You bang on the door. Hopeless. Burning. Melting your skin. You fall to the floor, giving your life to the fire. [after 5 second] [[YOU DIED]] [continued]

You run towards the exit. The door has multiple locks on it. [[Use the bent fork]] [[Try to break down door]]

You try to use the fork to pick the lock, but it doesn't exactly fit in the lock. You try again.... it won't budge. [[Try to break down door]] [[Scream for help]]

You kick the door as hard as you can! No budge. You try again. Nothing. You then get a running head start and run as fast as you can towards the door. **BANG** You fall to the floor. The smoke takes over the room. The locks still locked on the door. It's over. [[YOU DIED]]

Without thinking, you chuck the lantern at the locks. **CRASH** A fire has erupted! [after 15 second] The room is filling up, you gotta hurry! [continued] [[Try to break down door]] [[Scream for help]]

Your hatred for this Dr. is through the roof. All you want to do is kill him in cold blood. You wait at the entrance of his house, ready to get your revenge. [[Wait for doctor longer]] [[Pick the lock]]

You scream and scream. After a minute, you hear a voice from outside. All of a sudden, you have hope. [[Scream more]]

You run out of the house. The light fills your eyes. Freedom at last. The fresh air has never felt so good. **YOU WIN!!!**

You feel like there has to be more to this Doctor. Why would he kidnap people? What does he want from them? Or is it just how the Doctor is? [[Go to living room]] [[Go to kitchen]] [[Go to bedroom]]

The door get unlocked!! It's the doctor. He looks pissed. He closes the door and leaves you in the dust. [after 5 second] **YOU DIED** [continued]

You look everywhere in the living room, but there are no clues or anything that would explain his actions. You remember about the killing right above your room earlier. [[Go to bedroom]] [[Go to blood room]] [[Flee the house]] [[Go to kitchen]]

The kitchen looks like any ordinary kitchen. You check the cabinets. Nothing. You check the fridge. Packages of meat. So many ziplocs. And blood. Eyeballs. Brain. These are human organs! Is the doctor preserving them? Cannibal? [[Flee the house]] [[Go to living room]] [[Go to blood room]]

The bedroom looks like any ordinary bedroom. You go through the cabinets and drawers. Nothing. You look underneath the bed. A huge shotgun lays beneath. [[Grab shotgun]] [[Go to blood room]] [[Go to kitchen]] [[Go to living room]]

You grab the shotgun. It's already loaded. [[Go to blood room]] [[Flee house]]

The blood is running under the cracks of the door. Frieghtened of seeing a dead body, you slowly open the door. The body is still..... there? Looks like the doctor has taken all of their organs. You walk a little closer to the open body. Blood is soaking your shoes. **CLANK** A booby trap. A scalpel through your head. **YOU DIED**

With the shotgun, you run out the front door of the house. The doctor has just gotten home! You point the shotgun towards his head. "Don't shoot! I can explain!" The doctor said. [[Pull the trigger]] [[See what he has to say]]

**BANG** The doctor is dead. It's finally over. This murderer can't play doctor anymore. [after 5 second] YOU WIN!! [continued]

You let him speak. [after 2 second] "I'm just a doctor! I do good for the World!" He said. [continued] [after 4 second] "I'm saving lives, it may not seem like it. The poor suffer from not being able to afford surgery. I help those who cannot afford it. I just need the materials to do so." [continued] [after 10 second] "Please don't shoot!" [continued] [after 12 second] "I'm begging you!" [continued] [[Tell him to talk more]] [[Pull the trigger]]

"Why me?" you say in anger. "You are healthy. You've never once suffered. You have a great life. Rich enough to afford happiness. Most of us aren't like that. You have to spare me!" The doctor said. [after 7 second] "I'll do anything! Just pleaseee!" [continued] [[Spare him]] [[Pull the trigger]]

For some reason, after all the torture and pain the Doctor has put you through, you can't pull the trigger. You start running. Running as quick as you can. [after 5 second] YOU WIN!! [continued]

You hear a car pull up onto the driveway. It's time. **BEEP BEEP BEEP** Alarms start going off in the house. You stay focused on the front door. The front door opens. the doctor is holding a shotgun and without hesitation, pulls the trigger. [after 5 second] YOU DIED [continued]

You run towards the exit. The door has multiple locks on it. [[Try to break down door]]

Who do you call? [[Family]] [[Friend]] [[911]]

You type in your mom's phone number and call immediately. ..... ..... [after 4 second] "Hi, sweetie. How are you doing?" She says. [continued] [[I've just been kidnapped!]] [[I love you Mom, you are the best mom ever!]]

You type in your friends phone number and call immediately. ..... ..... ..... [after 5 second] No response Do you want to call someone else? [[Family]] [[911]] [continued]

"9-1-1, what's your emergency?" [["I've been kidnapped!"]] [["The house I'm in is on fire!"]]

"We will be right with you!" said the doctor! "HAHAHAHA!" He hangs up. The fire erupts and the room starts burning to the ground. [after 5 second] YOU DIED [continued]

"What! I'm on my way!" **Hangs up** That voice really sounded like the doctor. All of a sudden, the wall is so burnt, it collapses. A passage way to the outside! [[Flee the house]]

"I can't tell if you are serious." **COUGH** **COUGH** The room is filled with smoke. [[Breathe]]
